We print to order in Australia and we hold stock in more than one warehouse, so a single order can leave from two or three places on different days. Each parcel travels on its own tracking number and sends its own delivery message. A delivery message means that parcel has arrived, not that your whole order has. If a parcel has not turned up, or you think something is missing once they have all arrived, email us and we will chase it.
