Before you email about an order

Have your order number ready. For a delivery question, check your tracking email first, since it updates before we do.

Fixing a personalised name

If you have spotted a spelling mistake, email us immediately with your order number and the correct text. Production starts the next business day and we can change it any time before it goes to print.

Bulk and corporate orders

We supply schools, childcare centres, sports clubs and workplaces with personalised sacks and gifts from 20 units up, on invoice. Email hello@santasvault.com.au with the quantity, the item and the date you need it, and we will come back with pricing and a production schedule. Bulk orders need more lead time than retail, so October is the right month to ask.

Who we are

Santas Vault is operated by ETP Consulting Pty Ltd, an Australian company. We trade online only and do not have a shopfront, so please contact us by email rather than posting anything to us. If you need a return address we will give you the correct one when we approve the return, because returns go back to the supplier who made the item, not to us.
