How big is 55 x 85 cm?
Laid flat it is 55 cm across and 85 cm from the base to the drawstring. Filled, it rounds out and loses some of that height, as any sack does. It is sized for one child's presents. If two children would otherwise share, a sack each with its own name saves the argument on the morning, and two or more personalised gifts take 10% off at the cart (15% off three, 20% off five or more).
How it is made
The design and the name are dye sublimated into the polyester, so they are part of the fabric rather than a layer on top. Each sack is printed to order in the United Kingdom and posted to Australia. Allow 3 to 7 weeks from order to delivery; the recommended last order date for Christmas is Thursday 5 November, the same for every address in Australia.
Common questions
Will a long name fit?
Up to 12 characters, including spaces. Longer names within that limit are set a little smaller so they still fill the space.
Can I wash it?
Yes. Cold machine wash inside out on a gentle cycle, no bleach, and line dry in the shade. Do not iron over the print.
How do I store it?
Fold it flat and keep it dry between Christmases. The name is dyed into the fabric, so there is nothing to peel.
