Santas Vault is an Australian Christmas store selling personalised keepsakes and reusable wrap. Everything personalised is printed in Australia, everything stocked ships from an Australian warehouse, and we do not sell anything that arrives from overseas after you order.
We started from a simple observation. Almost everything sold at Christmas in Australia is designed to be thrown away in January, and almost everything personalised is the same white polyester bag resold under a dozen different brand names.
So we do two things. We sell keepsakes made from materials worth keeping, in cotton, hessian, timber and ceramic, printed here with a name that survives a wash. And we sell reusable fabric wrap in sizes that actually cover what goes under a tree.
We publish a real last order date on every product, calculated from that item's production time and Australia Post's schedule rather than a single optimistic figure. We hold to the dispatch date. If your parcel has not arrived by 24 December, we refund your shipping.
