Most personalised items are printed to order in Australia. Stocked items are held in Australian warehouses and shipped to you from there. The exceptions are named below, and each listing says where its item comes from before you buy.
Why we do it this way
Ordering direct from an overseas factory to your door adds weeks of transit, which turns a Christmas delivery date into a guess. It also changes who is responsible when something goes wrong, which we explain below.
Printed in Australia, and printed overseas
Two different things, and we do not blur them. Printing on a product does not make the product Australian made: in most cases the blank underneath is imported.
Printed in Australia. Our personalised mugs, t-shirts, kids tees, beach towels, ornaments and photo blankets are printed to order in Australia, by our print partners in Victoria and Queensland.
Your Design or Ours, printed by other partners. Some pieces in our Your Design or Ours range are printed by partners based in the United States, which may print outside Australia. Delivery to your Australian address is included in the price.
Printed in the United Kingdom. Our personalised Santa sacks and Christmas stockings are printed to order in Swindon, in the United Kingdom, and posted to Australia. The blank sacks and stockings are made in China. Allow 3 to 7 weeks from order to delivery, and for Christmas order by Thursday 5 November.
Printed in the USA. Our personalised pet bandanas are printed to order in the United States and posted to Australia. The blank bandana is made in China. Allow 3 to 7 weeks from order to delivery, and for Christmas order by Thursday 5 November.
Imported, warehoused in Australia. Christmas trees, decorations, lights, toys, homewares and the rest of our stocked range are made overseas, brought into Australia by our suppliers, held in Australian warehouses and shipped to you domestically.
Who is responsible if something is faulty
You come to us. We are the business you bought from, so your consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law are with us, and we deal with the supplier or printer behind the item. You never have to chase an overseas factory or print partner.
Your consumer guarantees have no fixed expiry date. They last for whatever period is reasonable for the type of product and the price paid, and they cannot be excluded.
