Delivery times
Carrier transit times, which start after production rather than after you order.
- Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Canberra metro: 2 to 4 business days
- Perth and Hobart metro: 3 to 6 business days
- Regional: 4 to 8 business days
- Remote WA, NT and far north Queensland: 6 to 12 business days

Every product page carries a live countdown to its own date. Outside a metro area, order a week earlier than the date shown.
Split shipments
An order mixing personalised and stocked items may arrive in more than one parcel, from more than one warehouse, on different days. You are charged shipping once and we send tracking for each parcel as it leaves.
Tracking
Every parcel is tracked. Tracking is emailed when the parcel is lodged, not when the order is placed. If you have no tracking within 4 business days of ordering a personalised item, email us.
