Can I use my own artwork?

Yes. Choose Upload your own on this page and pick a JPEG or PNG at least 3,000 pixels on its longest side. The page checks the file before you can add it to the cart, and the size it measured is recorded on your order.

Can I pick one of your designs instead?

Not on this one yet. At this size our Christmas designs would print soft, so we print only your own photo or artwork on it, at least 3,000 pixels on its longest side. Our designs are on the rest of the range, from mugs to phone cases.

How long does it take to arrive?

It is printed to order in 5 to 9 business days, depending on the season, then posted. The order-by date for Christmas delivery is shown on this page.

How much is delivery?

Nothing extra. Delivery to any address in Australia is included in the price, so the checkout charges $0 for this item. There is no Express option because it is printed to order. If your order also includes items from our stocked range, the usual delivery charge applies to those items only.

Can I return a personalised item?

It is made for you, so we do not accept returns for a change of mind or a misspelling. If the print is faulty or does not match what you submitted, we pay the return postage and replace it.
