These terms apply to every order placed with Santas Vault, operated by ETP Consulting Pty Ltd. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, because an item is unavailable at the supplier or a price was listed in error, we cancel it and refund you in full.
How your order is fulfilled
We do not hold stock. Personalised items are made to your order by an Australian printer. Stocked items are picked and shipped by an Australian supplier from an Australian warehouse. An order containing both may arrive in more than one parcel on different days, and you are charged shipping once. Who fulfils what is set out at Where Our Products Come From.
This arrangement does not change who you deal with. You bought from us, so you come to us for anything that goes wrong, and we deal with the supplier.
Prices
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The price shown is the total price of the goods, with shipping shown separately before you pay. We do not add card surcharges.
Personalised items
We print exactly the text you submit, including spelling and capitalisation, so check it before you add to cart. Personalised items are made to order and cannot be returned for change of mind, though your consumer guarantee rights are unaffected.
You confirm you have the right to use any name or text you submit. We may decline to print text that is offensive, that infringes someone else's trade mark or copyright, or that impersonates a person or brand, and we refund in full if we decline.
Delivery
Risk passes to you on delivery. Delivery dates are estimates based on production time and the carrier's published schedule, except for our Christmas commitment in the refund policy, which we honour.
Product descriptions and imagery
We describe products as accurately as we can. Natural materials such as jute, cotton and timber vary in colour and grain between items, and screen colour varies between devices. Some product imagery is illustrative rather than a photograph of the exact item, and where that is the case the specifications on the product page govern.
Electrical, battery and safety
Follow the instructions supplied with any powered product. Our sourcing and compliance position is set out at Product Safety and Compliance. Items marked for outdoor use are rated for outdoor use, and items not so marked are for indoor use only.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, it is limited to resupplying the goods or paying the cost of resupply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
