Your order may arrive in more than one parcel
We print to order in Australia and we hold stock in more than one
warehouse, so a single order can leave from two or three places on
different days. Each parcel travels on its own tracking number and sends
its own delivery message.
A delivery message means that parcel has arrived, not that your
whole order has.You can see every parcel on your order, and how many are still coming, on
the tracking page.If a parcel has not turned up, or you think something is missing once they
have all arrived, email us and we will chase it.
A note on colour.Screen colour is a guide, not a colour match.Every phone, tablet and monitor shows colour differently, almost none of
them are calibrated, and the light in the room changes what you see. Printed
ink on fabric, ceramic or pewter also sits in a different colour range from
a glowing screen, so a colour cannot be matched exactly between the two.
Expect a close likeness rather than an exact one. If something arrives and
it is genuinely not the colour described, that is a different matter and we
will sort it out.
