The design and the name are dye sublimated into the polyester, so they are part of the fabric rather than a layer on top. The blank sack is made in China. Can I return a personalised item?

A personalised item is made for you, so it cannot be resold and we cannot take it back for change of mind. Check the spelling before you order. If it arrives faulty, misprinted or not what the page described, we pay the return postage and replace it, or refund you if you prefer where the fault is a major one. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.
