Dark colours may fade. Wash them several times in cool or cold water, as hot water encourages the dye to run.

We print to order in Australia and we hold stock in more than one warehouse, so a single order can leave from two or three places on different days. Screen colour is a guide. Expect a close likeness, not an exact match.

Every phone, tablet and monitor shows colour differently, almost none of them are calibrated, and the light in the room changes what you see. Printed ink on fabric, ceramic or pewter also sits in a different colour range from a glowing screen, so a colour cannot be matched exactly between the two. Expect a close likeness rather than an exact one. If something arrives and it is genuinely not the colour described, that is a different matter and we will sort it out.
