Common questions

Do I need a power point?

No. The lights run from a battery box, so the set can go on a front door or gate with no power nearby.

Can I buy the wreath on its own?

Not in this listing; the garland and wreath come as a set.

How long does delivery take?

It leaves an Australian warehouse in 1 to 2 business days, then takes 2 to 4 business days to capital city metro addresses and longer to regional areas. Nothing is sent from overseas, so there is no month-long wait and no customs.

Where does it ship from?

An Australian warehouse. Nothing in the stocked range is posted from overseas, so there is no customs step and no month-long wait.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

We do not take change of mind returns, so check the measurements and the colour before you order. If the item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it is meant to do, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply and we will sort it out.

Dispatched from an Australian warehouse, usually within 1 to 2 business days, then 5 to 8 business days in transit. This one is a bulky item, so it is charged at its own freight rate, is not covered by free shipping over $249, and cannot go Express.

Delivery areas. A small number of remote postcodes cannot take this item. If your address is one of them we will let you know and refund you in full.
