Common questions

Is it suitable for big dogs?

No. It fires 5 cm mini balls, which are too small for a large dog. The Hyper Fetch Maxi takes standard tennis balls.

Can it be used outside?

Yes, on a flat surface such as paving. Uneven ground changes where the ball lands.

How is it powered?

From a power point with the Australian adaptor in the box, or from 6 C alkaline batteries, which are not included.

How long does delivery take?

It leaves an Australian warehouse in 1 to 2 business days, then takes 2 to 4 business days to capital city metro addresses and longer to regional areas. Nothing is sent from overseas, so there is no month-long wait and no customs.

Where does it ship from?

An Australian warehouse. Nothing in the stocked range is posted from overseas, so there is no customs step and no month-long wait.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

We do not take change of mind returns, so check the measurements and the colour before you order. If the item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it is meant to do, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply and we will sort it out.
