Common questions

How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?

It leaves an Australian warehouse in 1 to 2 business days, then takes 5 to 8 business days in transit in a large carton. This one counts as a bulky item, so it is not covered by free shipping over $249 and cannot go Express.

Where does it ship from?

An Australian warehouse. Nothing in the stocked range is posted from overseas, so there is no customs step and no month-long wait.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

We do not take change of mind returns, so check the measurements and the colour before you order. If the item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it is meant to do, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply and we will sort it out.
