How do I look after it?

Cold machine wash inside out on a gentle cycle, no bleach, and line dry in the shade. The name is printed into the fabric rather than stuck on with vinyl, so it will not peel after a wash.

How long does it take to arrive?

It is printed to order in Australia in 3 to 7 business days, depending on the season, then posted. The sack is imported and the printing is done here. Nothing is held in stock, so there is no month-long wait.

Can I return a personalised item?

A personalised item is made for you, so it cannot be resold and we cannot take it back for change of mind. Check the spelling before you order. If it arrives faulty, misprinted or not what the page described, we pay the return postage and replace it, or refund you if you prefer where the fault is a major one. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.
