How do I look after it?
Cold machine wash inside out, and do not bleach. The name is printed into the fabric rather than stuck on with vinyl, so it will not peel after a wash.
How long does it take to arrive?
It is printed to order in Australia, usually within 3 business days, then posted. Nothing is held in stock and nothing comes from overseas, so there is no month-long wait.
Can I return a personalised item?
A personalised item is made for you, so it cannot be resold and we cannot take it back for change of mind. Check the spelling before you order. If it arrives faulty, misprinted or not what the page described, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply and we will replace it.
