1 Your artwork
What we need. A JPEG or PNG at least 800 pixels on its longest side, under 20 MB. A photo straight off a phone camera is nearly always fine. A picture saved from Facebook, Instagram or a text message usually is not, because those apps shrink it.
Your image, your rights
Please only upload an image you own or have permission to print: your own photos, your children's drawings, or a logo that belongs to your business. We cannot print cartoon or film characters, brand logos, sports team marks, celebrity photos, song lyrics or pictures copied from the internet, even as a gift.
By uploading, you confirm you own the image or have the owner's permission to print it, and you take responsibility for any claim that arises if that is not the case. We may decline any image we believe belongs to someone else, and if we do, we refund you in full.

Can I pick one of your designs instead?
Yes. Choose Pick one of our designs and search more than 750 of our Christmas designs by word or theme. Add a name or a few words underneath if you like.
How long does it take to arrive?
It is printed to order in 3 to 7 business days, depending on the season, then posted. The order-by date for Christmas delivery is shown on this page.
How much is delivery?
Nothing extra. Delivery to any address in Australia is included in the price, so the checkout charges $0 for this item. There is no Express option because it is printed to order. If your order also includes items from our stocked range, the usual delivery charge applies to those items only.
