If the print is faulty or does not match what you submitted, we pay the return postage and replace it.

Greyhound is part of the Christmas for Pets range. Dogs in tinsel, cats in the tree, and the one who opens the presents first every year. The art is clean, which means the name is the hero: it is set large underneath and sized to fill the space whether it is Jo or Bartholomew.
Two styles, each with the dog's own name printed on it. The tie-on is a hemmed triangle that knots around the neck, or over the collar. The collar style has the bandana sewn onto its own adjustable black collar with a plastic buckle, so it stays straight through Christmas lunch. Both are 100% polyester, printed on one side.

To choose a tie-on, measure around the neck: the long edge has to go right round with enough left over to tie a knot. For the collar, pick the size whose range takes in the neck measurement. Sizes can vary by up to 2.5 cm either way.
Personalisation is free and it is the point of the product, not an extra. Type the name on this page, above the Add to cart button, and it is set into the artwork before printing. Leave it blank and you get the artwork on its own, at the same price. Ordering more than one? Each item gets its own name box, so two of them can carry two different names on the same order.
Printed to order in the USA and posted to you in Australia. Printing takes about three business days and the international post 10 to 30 business days, so allow 3 to 7 weeks from order to delivery. For Christmas, order by Thursday 5 November. The blank bandana is made in China; the printing is done in the USA.
Care. Machine wash cold, 30°C at most, with no bleach. Line dry in the shade. Do not iron or dry clean.
