We print to order in Australia and we hold stock in more than one warehouse, so a single order can leave from two or three places on different days. Each parcel travels on its own tracking number and sends its own delivery message. A delivery message means that parcel has arrived, not that your whole order has. You can see every parcel on your order, and how many are still coming, on the tracking page. If a parcel has not turned up, or you think something is missing once they have all arrived, email us and we will chase it.
