Six reusable cotton gift tags that tie onto a bag drawcord or a fabric wrap knot. Write a name on with a fabric pen, wipe it off in January, use them again next year.
The one gap in a reusable wrap system is telling whose present is whose. A paper tag sticky-taped to a cloth bag undoes the whole point.
Canvas with a jute tie. A standard fabric marker writes cleanly and wipes off with a damp cloth, or washes out entirely in a cold hand wash.
